THE WORK
- Become a key member of an agile engineering team responsible for delivering business-critical solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Integration, Gradle, Kafka, and Oracle.
- Build robust, well-tested software while supporting continuous learning and dedicated ongoing improvement within the team.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to design solutions that address regulatory requirements and operational challenges.
- Contribute to the development, automation, and optimization of CI/CD pipelines across development and deployment processes.
- Work with containerized and cloud-native environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Design and execute application test scenarios, including integration, functional, and negative testing.
- Participate in engineering communities, innovation initiatives, and technical knowledge-sharing activities, while being motivated to embrace new opportunities and dedicated to evolving skills.
Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs. Preferred location is Tricity. Candidates based in Warsaw or Łódź may also be considered. This role requires working from the office 3 days per week.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- 4+ years of experience in software development using Java.
- Hands-on experience with Java, Gradle, Spring Boot, Spring Integration, Oracle, and Kafka.
- Experience developing and improving CI/CD pipelines.
- Practical knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience consuming and integrating data from API services.
- Understanding of software testing principles, including negative testing scenarios.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken, used in daily collaboration with international teams.
- Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
- Linux administration and scripting skills, including Bash.
- Knowledge of public/private key encryption, key generation, certificate management, and SSL/TLS.
- Experience working in security-sensitive or highly regulated environments.
