THE WORK
- Act as a key member of an agile engineering team, contributing to the design and delivery of business-critical solutions.
- Develop robust, well-tested applications using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Integration, Gradle, Kafka, Oracle, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Take ownership of high-quality software development while supporting continuous learning and knowledge sharing across the team.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define solutions that address regulatory requirements and operational needs.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of CI/CD pipelines, supporting efficient and reliable software delivery.
- Work with API-based integrations and design effective testing strategies, including functional and negative test scenarios.
- Participate in engineering communities, innovation initiatives, technical discussions, and development events.
- Embrace new technical challenges, demonstrating a commitment to constant progress, professional growth, and ongoing improvement. For CL8 roles, up to 8 bullet points are recommended and growth-oriented language is encouraged.
Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office depending on specific project circumstances. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs. This role requires working from the office 3 days per week. Preferred location is Tricity. Candidates based in Warsaw may also be considered.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 8+ years of experience in software development with Java.
- Hands-on experience with Java, Gradle, Spring Boot, Spring Integration, Oracle, and Kafka.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance.
- Experience consuming and integrating data from API services.
- Strong understanding of software testing principles, including negative and end-to-end testing scenarios.
- Fluency in English for daily collaboration within international teams.
- Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Guidance recommends keeping requirements focused and concise.
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE
- Linux administration and scripting experience, including Bash.
- Knowledge of public/private key encryption, key generation, certificate management, and SSL/TLS.
- Experience working with security-focused or highly regulated environments.
