THE WORK

  • Lead technical initiatives in the AI/LLM/GenAI space, owning solution design and delivery for complex use cases.

  • Design and build scalable AI‑driven prototypes and end‑to‑end solutions, from discovery and scoping to deployment and handover.

  • Research and evaluate state‑of‑the‑art AI models, tools, and multi‑agent architectures, constantly seeking innovation and advancement.

  • Translate client and business problems into AI solutions, driving business ownership, strategic planning, and active client interactions.

  • Mentor and support junior engineers on a daily basis, fostering a culture of continuous learning and proactive skill enhancement.

  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (development, design, consulting) to integrate AI capabilities into full‑stack applications and products.

  • Support internal knowledge sharing, best practices, and contributions to reusable assets and standards.

  • Work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment, embracing challenges as opportunities and being forward‑thinking and growth‑driven.

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely (most of the time), onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Proficiency in Python, or strong skills in another language with willingness to transition to Python.

  • Proficiency in using AI tools like ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude (including work with MCPs).

  • Understanding of TypeScript and ability to build full‑stack applications.

  • Cloud proficiency, primarily Azure.

  • Strong knowledge of AI/LLM/GenAI models – their limitations, strengths, and practical use cases.

  • Experience in prompt engineering, API integration, and building AI‑driven applications.

  • Familiarity with Agentive AI concepts and multi‑agent architectures.

  • Proven ability to scope and lead AI projects end‑to‑end (from discovery to production).

  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.

  • Hands‑on experience in code quality reviews and at least one of the following: TDD, MLOps.

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and contributing to planning and estimation.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE

  • Experience contributing to internal knowledge bases, open‑source projects, or tech communities.

  • Strong understanding of business dynamics and a track record of turning client problems into AI‑driven solutions.

  • Additional skills in DevOps or ML (e.g. model lifecycle, monitoring, experimentation).

  • Experience with extra languages/frameworks such as Java, C#, C++, React, Angular or Flutter.
