The work:
As a Microsoft PowerShell Engineer, you will serve as a vital link between clients and the systems or applications they utilize. Your typical day will involve addressing client inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems. You will leverage your communication skills to provide exceptional support, while also utilizing your deep product knowledge to design effective resolutions for client challenges.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Actively participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
Here’s what you’ll need:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Microsoft PowerShell.
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft PowerShell.
- Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of scripting and automation techniques.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in applications.
- Familiarity with system monitoring and performance tuning.
- Ability to document processes and create user guides for clients.
- This position is based at our Manila office.
