Ron Ash is the CEO and Chair of the Board of Managers for Accenture Federal Services, a leading company serving US federal government clients and a subsidiary of Accenture LLP. Accenture Federal Services solves complex challenges for its clients with mission-ready commercial innovation, the latest technologies, government expertise, and the world’s top partners and innovators. Ron is also a member of Accenture’s Global Management Committee.
Ron leads strategic investments and initiatives designed to put the company, its clients, and people at the forefront of change, while harnessing next-generation technologies including AI and automation as a catalyst of greater efficiency and impact.
He is dedicated to continuously innovating to bring more value to clients and their missions, create more opportunities for people, and fuel the company’s growth.
Ron began his career at Accenture in 1996, focused on supply chain transformation in global industries.
In 2002, he joined Accenture Federal Services, where he held a wide range of roles, serving as the company’s Chief Operating Officer, Public Safety Portfolio Lead, and Strategy & Consulting Growth Platform Lead. Throughout his career, he has created communities for people at all levels to innovate, learn new skills, and gain new experiences. He has been integral in shaping the company’s inclusion and diversity priorities and is an executive sponsor of the Hispanic American Employee Resource Group.
He was named a Top Public Sector Executive to Watch in 2025.
Ron earned a degree in Business Administration Management Information Systems and Finance from Ohio University, and a certification in Six Sigma techniques.
