 THE WORK:

  • Join one of our Strategy Practice as part of Industry Strategy – Life Sciences (LS) and play a key role in shaping the future of leading organizations.
  • Work side by side with global, cross-functional teams to design and deliver strategies that transform businesses and drive real impact for our clients from LS industry.
  • Advise clients on a highly diversified set of strategic topics in R&D, Commercial, Medical Affairs, Operations etc., while working end-to-end from strategy development to implementation.
  • Conduct both primary and secondary research to discover key insights and findings relevant to client projects.
  • Lead qualitative (e.g. KOL interviews) and quantitative analysis (e.g. claims and patient data, financial data, financial modeling and sales projections, etc.) as required during client engagements.
  • Synthesize the insights from the analyses, develop strategic recommendations based on the insights, and create action plans to implement the recommendations.
  • Develop and produce quality client deliverables including presentations, reports, workshops and key findings summaries.
  • Support senior team members with business development efforts including writing proposals.
  • Develop commercial capability assets, including white papers, industry reports, POVs, and thought capital pieces for publication.
  • Create high-impact deliverables such as C-suite presentations, strategic roadmaps, and action-oriented playbooks.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in life sciences, business, economics, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in strategy consulting or relevant roles within the Life Sciences or Healthcare industry.
  • Experience supporting strategy engagements across areas such as R&D, Commercial, Medical Affairs, or Operations.
  • Experience conducting primary and secondary research and performing qualitative and quantitative analyses.
  • Ability to synthesize data and insights into strategic recommendations and actionable plans.
  • Experience developing client deliverables such as presentations, reports, and strategic roadmaps.
  • English fluency (written and spoken).
  • Willingness to travel and work on client sites as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or other advanced degree.
  • Experience managing project workstreams or supporting business development activities.
  • Familiarity with digital tools, advanced analytics, or AI-enabled approaches in strategy.
  • International or cross-border project experience.
  • Fluency in German or other European languages.
