As a Senior Manager in Defence Logistics Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimising logistics systems for our clients. Leveraging your extensive military background and consulting expertise, you will lead teams, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and provide strategic insights to enhance the efficiency and resilience of defence logistics operations.


  • Lead and manage consulting projects in defence logistics, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

  • Apply in-depth knowledge of joint operations and logistics to optimize supply chain systems.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their unique challenges and provide tailored solutions.

  • Demonstrate strategic thinking to anticipate and plan for changes in global supply chain dynamics.

  • Communicate effectively with both defence and business teams, translating military insights into actionable business strategies.

  • Actively participate in the sales cycle, showcasing a blend of business conduct and salesmanship.


  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a defence role with a focus on logistics.

  •  Successful transition from a military role to consulting or significant consulting experience in defence logistics.

  • Experience with reputable consulting firms.

  • In-depth knowledge of logistics and supply chain management, with a proven track record of optimizing systems.

  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and inspire teams.
