Job Description
Inside Sales Digital Marketing professionals build on a solid foundation in customer support, digital marketing expertise, and strong technology capabilities to support customers maximizing their personal requirements.
A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
Demonstrate commitment to consultative sales in service of client goals.
Proactively outreach (outbound calls) and reactively engage with clients over the phone and via email and chat.
Identify sales opportunities and provide customers with tailored solution(s) to meet their goal(s)
Personalize client recommendations to suit varying needs.
Improve customers experiences by consulting on optimal and appropriate product adoption.
Be consistent in exceeding your daily targets through high-volume inbound and outbound calling.
Share ideas to improve ad products and the customer experience.
Basic Qualifications

Sales Experience: At least 1-year sales experience.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience of 6 months or more is preferred
Preferred Qualifications

Outbound sales experience.

Prior inside sales experience with emphasis on both outbound and inbound calling

Flexible and quick learner, able to adapt to continuously evolving needs to help the client grow their business.

Highly motivated with strong attention to detail and follow-through, eager to contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
Preferred Skill Requirements

Experience working with customers from North America.

Excellent listening, interpersonal, with a solutions mindset and passion for customer satisfaction.

Exceptional grammar, typing accuracy, and writing skills.

Professional sales skills with a strong phone presence, solutions mindset and helping nature.

Strong computer skills, specifically multitasking across multiple programs concurrently.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time
employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
