O trabalho
Responsabilidades
- Executar projetos de migração de infraestrutura, incluindo atualizações de versão, mudanças de plataforma, local de serviço ou entidades operacionais.
- Projetar e construir novos ambientes de infraestrutura alinhados às estratégias e objetivos organizacionais.
- Analisar fatores de custo e prazos de execução, buscando otimizar impacto nos negócios e acelerar transições.
- Atuar de forma colaborativa com equipes multifuncionais para garantir entregas fluidas e bem-sucedidas.
- Promover melhorias contínuas em processos, ferramentas e ambientes de infraestrutura para atender às necessidades de negócios em constante evolução.
- Apoiar a tomada de decisão por meio de análises técnicas, dados de observabilidade e melhores práticas de mercado.
Requisitos
- Proficiência avançada em Administração do Dynatrace.
- Experiência mínima de 4 anos em funções ou habilidades relevantes.
- Formação superior (Bacharelado) em área correlata à tecnologia ou engenharia.
- Capacidade de atuação consultiva, com forte colaboração entre times técnicos e de negócio.
Diferenciais
- Proficiência avançada em Dynatrace APM.
- Experiência sólida em Observabilidade e práticas de SRE.
- Conhecimento intermediário em Design & Build Enablement.
- Vivência avançada em estratégias de migração de infraestrutura.
- Conhecimento intermediário em técnicas de otimização de custos em ambientes de TI.
