As a Graduate in Accenture, you will be thrown directly into the life as a consultant. It's a steep learning curve, but with support from your colleagues and managers, you'll develop your competencies, and become one of our experts. You will be right at the center of the team, gaining practical, hands-on experience of working across the full project lifecycle, and get the satisfaction of seeing ideas become a reality.

We want you to succeed, and in your path to success you will be given a career counsellor. This person will help you to specify career goals, navigate Accenture’s different career paths, explore opportunities and clarify roles and expectations. We also invest in your personal development and will offer a wide range of courses based on what kind of skill set in needed for your role, as well as making sure you are fully up to speed on the latest innovations.

It is also important to celebrate hard work and have a good social environment at work. We therefore also offer different kind of social activities, such as: payday beers, Gathering@Level, yearly party, team events, parent club. You can also join wide variety of athletic and leisure time clubs, such as: theater, climate/environment, football, golf, e-sport, scuba diving, hiking and more.

Who is it for?
Our ideal candidates hold a master’s degree in any discipline and have a burning interest for Technology. We are looking for students who want to contribute to shaping the future!

When is it?
Our Graduates normally start in August, where we arrange a joint kick the first week. Are you not able to start in August? Do not worry! It is also possible to start during the fiscal year.

Application process

We know that application processes can be stressful. To help you ease your mind, we want to share with you the details of the process so you know what you can expect from us.

1. Online application

Complete the online application form and fill in your personal details. Attach CV, cover letter, diplomas and recent transcripts. If you are in the process of completing a degree, upload a temporary transcript describing subjects and grades completed up to this point.

2. Screening

We will review all applicants by reading their resumes, cover letters and transcripts and then identify top candidates.

3. Recruitment day

The best qualified candidates will be invited to a recruitment day at our office. This is your chance to meet us and other candidates. During this day the students will receive a group case, followed by two interview rounds.

4. Evaluation

Based on the performance in the group case and the interviews, we will evaluate which candidates gets an offer. All candidates will hear back within a week for the case day.

5. Background check and offer

If you are selected by our team to join the Graduate Program, we will run a background check. As soon as this is ready, we will send you an offer.
