At Accenture, our Supply Chain & Operations (SC&O) team is growing and looking for experienced Consultants to lead innovative projects, helping major companies in the Nordics overcome critical challenges and build efficient, resilient, and sustainable supply chains.
Your role: As a Management Consultant in Supply Chain & Operations, you’ll be part of a supportive, dynamic team solving exciting challenges for leading companies in Consumer Goods, Retail, Life Science, Automotive, and Defense industries. You’ll lead project workstreams, offer strategic insights, and deliver impactful presentations, all while growing your skills and expertise.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead transformative projects: Help clients navigate supply chain transformations, improving sourcing, procurement, planning, logistics, and operational efficiency, while advancing sustainability.
- Manage rojects: Oversee analysis, coordinate and lead resources, and ensure smooth project execution.
- Drive innovation: Apply digital tools and new technologies like AI and analytics to improve sourcing, procurement and supply chain operations.
- Facilitate workshops and deliver insights: Conduct workshops and presentations that provide strategic recommendations to clients.
- Be a trusted advisor: Guide clients through digital transformation and changing industry dynamics.
- Support business growth: Identify opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to proposal work for future projects.
Recent project examples include:
- Digital Procurement Transformation Program: Implementation of SAP Ariba and Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management System to streamline the end-to-end Source to Contract process, assure compliance by design, and provide data-driven contract management insights.
- Contract Analytics: Design and establish data extraction policies and models to capture critical data points such as Payment Terms and Price Indexation, enabling insight-driven decision-making.
- Contract Risk Profiling and Performance Analysis: Conducting comprehensive analysis of contract risk profiling, contract performance, and contractual terms and conditions, while identifying savings opportunities through a "Treasure Hunt" approach and preparing fact-based negotiation packs for suppliers.
- Supplier Risk Assessment: Leveraging Accenture’s Supplier Risk framework to evaluate financial, operational, and compliance risks while driving strategic initiatives to enhance resilience and optimize suppliers used through AI-driven risk scoring models and scenario planning.

We believe you have:
- A Master’s degree with strong academic results in a relevant field, such as finance, industrial economics, social economics, change management, business, strategy, leadership, administration, mathematics, information technology, or related areas.
- 2-5 years of experience in consulting, with a focus on technology advisory or management/strategy consulting, or relevant experience within the in Consumer Goods, Retail, Life Science, Automotive, or Defense sector.
- A commercial mindset, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities alongside Accenture Managers and Senior Managers.
- Experience collaborating in diverse teams and thriving in creative problem-solving environments. You have a methodical, analytical and systematic approach.
- Strong relationship-building abilities and excellent communication skills, with the capacity to effectively convey ideas and insights to diverse audiences, both in writing and verbally – in English and a Scandinavian language.
- A value-driven mindset, with a strong focus on technology, customer-centricity, and change management.
- A passion for working at the intersection of technology and business
- Relevant experience and the appropriate employment level will be determined as part of the recruitment process, in consultation with the candidate.
In this role, you will report to the Supply Chain & Operations Lead in Norway, with your workplace located in Oslo.
