Accenture's Industry Strategy team is actively seeking a Senior Manager with a background in Energy, Utilities and Business Strategy to play a pivotal role in advancing the ambitious goals of one of the premier strategy communities in the Nordics. Within the Nordic Energy Strategy team, you will take on the role of a trusted advisor to C-level executives, shaping strategy where business and technology converge.
Your mission will revolve around tackling intricate challenges, and your expertise will enable you to craft compelling visions while considering the complexities of the industry. You will have the resources of our organization at your disposal, including a remarkable ability to deliver value from strategic planning to execution. Your contributions will translate into tangible, meaningful impacts for our valued clients.
We are in search of a dynamic, ambitious, and forward-thinking leader who will illustrate the broader vision while maintaining a pragmatic approach and a deep knowledge base. You will consistently monitor trends within the Energy and Utilities sector, collaborate with colleagues across the Strategy team to facilitate the expansion of our influence and competencies in the Energy & Utilities sector. The role is an integral part of the Nordic Industry Strategy group, with a primary aim of fostering growth in both our practice and business operations in Norway.

Qualifications
Requirements:
- Extensive strategy and team lead experience within oil & gas, utilities, renewables and/or energy transition.
- You have a track record from supporting transformations in the utilities or energy industry, and you know what it takes to further grow and build a practice. Demonstrated experience working with C-level
- You have a commercial orientation and understanding, and you possess the ability to build and maintain a business network, while identifying new opportunities for customers.
- You have a keen interest in how technology and data can unlock business value for our clients
- With strong leadership skills and project experience, you are used to building relationships while communicating effectively with different stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- You have successfully managed and coached team members in projects
- Consulting core skills in place; business case development, research & analysis, structured problem solving, structured communications,
- Excellent written and oral communication skills (English and a Scandinavian language)
- The position requires a master’s degree with strong academic results and a methodical, analytical, and systematic approach.
