As a leader and team member you would be part of one or several industry groups serving our clients in some of the largest and exciting SAP transformation programs in the Nordics.
In your role as Industry SAP Program Delivery Lead at Accenture, you will:
Be an integral part of innovative SAP transformation programs
Support clients in defining the overall technology blueprint and transition plan to develop and align the business and IT strategies
Develop and manage the program roadmap, plan, scope and budget reporting to senior client stakeholders
Leverage your industry expertise in SAP by setting the program roadmap and plan for client value realization, supported by SAP best practice solutions and other related technologies
Bring your background as SAP project and program manager in SAP S/4 HANA by providing advisory services to client business and IT organizations
Build effective program organization, governance processes, KPI frameworks, and business cases for value realization
Collaborate with IT and business leaders to address immediate IT needs, to get the most business value from existing IT investments and to position IT organizations to deliver more business benefits in the future
Operate large business and IT transformation programs through a multi-year journey by forming a diverse winning team jointly with our clients

Qualifications
Who we are looking for:
You have a solid experience in working as program manager or delivery lead in SAP ECC and S/4 HANA transformation programs involving industry specific solutions
You have deep understanding in managing industry specific solutions in SAP transformation programs in one or several industries:
Retail Grocery, Furniture and Fashion
Consumer Goods & Services
Life Science
Industrial Equipment
Automotive
You have proven ability and experience in designing and implementing industry functional solutions, with expertise in forming a client industry specific program roadmap and plan
You have a master’s degree in a relevant field
You are an analytical problem-solver with strong industry and business acumen
You are ambitious, driven, solution-oriented and eager to pursue your career in an advisory role
You have excellent written and oral presentation skills in English and in one Nordic language
You are located in any of the Nordics countries in Stockholm, Helsinki, Oslo, Copenhagen, Gothenburg, Malmö, with ability to travel within the Nordics
