At Accenture, our Strategy & Consulting Resources team is looking for someone who wants to lead organizations on their journey towards becoming the energy companies and workforce of the future!
Your role: As a Manager in Resources, you’ll be part of a supportive, dynamic team solving exciting challenges for leading companies in the Energy, Utilities and Renewables Industry. You will be leading project teams, closely with our clients, in endeavors related to digital transformation and enhancements, with a specific focus on Change Management and HR Transformation.
In this role, you will lead transformation projects for energy sector clients, crafting and implementing strategies aligned with their goals. Your expertise in organizational design, change management, leadership development, and upskilling will drive impactful solutions. Collaborating across teams, you’ll build strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction, while mentoring team members and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities as a Manager within Change Management include:
- Help clients select and implement emerging technologies, such as GenAI, to drive innovation and competitive advantage
- Support business growth by identifying opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to proposal work for future projects
- Develop and implement innovative change management plans that align with the client’s long-term goals and vision, ensuring a seamless transition.
- Develop and implement compelling communication plans that effectively convey the vision, benefits, and progress of strategic change initiatives to all client stakeholders.
- Foster a mindset of agility and continuous improvement within the client organization to sustain long-term change.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges, and providing tailored solutions to ensure successful change initiatives.
- People Lead Program: Be a dedicated mentor to guide your junior colleagues during their work with continuous feedback

Qualifications
To success in this role, we believe you have:
- A master’s degree in with strong academic results in business, HR, psychology/organizational psychology, organization and management, technology, or other relevant fields of studies
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a consultant or prior experience with Strategic HR, Project Management or Organizational Development from a large matrix organization
- Experience in the Energy sector working with Transformation and Change is favorable
- Proven track record in large transformation projects
- Expert knowledge within Change Management, HR Transformation, Strategic HR, Organizational Development, or Learning and Upskilling
- Strong relationship-building abilities and excellent communication skills, with the capacity to effectively convey ideas and insights to diverse audiences
- A commercial mindset, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities alongside Accenture Managers and Senior Managers
The position will report to the Managing Director for the Nordic Energy Industries and working place is Oslo or Stavanger, Norway. Some travel must be expected.
