Qualifications
About You:
We are looking for candidates with 0 – 6 years of experience who are:
- Passionate about digital transformation and energy-efficient solutions
- Skilled as Business Analysts or similar roles
- Knowledgeable in Cloud, IoT solutions, and Analytics
- Keen on working with new technologies from both user and developer perspectives
- Driven to leverage technology for better business outcomes
- Commercially astute with strong networking and opportunity identification skills
- Capable of managing high-pace projects with ownership and execution
- Holding relevant higher education with commendable results
- Methodical, analytical, and systematic in approach
- Norwegian and English is a requirement in this role.

Desired Platform Experience:
- SAP: Proficiency in using SAP's ERP solutions to streamline business processes.
- Microsoft Azure: Experience with Azure's cloud services for building, deploying, and managing applications and services.
- Salesforce: Familiarity with Salesforce for enhancing customer relationship management and driving sales growth.
- Siemens Digital Industries Software: Knowledge of Siemens' suite for product lifecycle and manufacturing operations management.
- Microsoft Copilot: Expertise in utilizing Microsoft Copilot for AI-powered coding assistance and development efficiency.
