In your role as an SAP Young Professional at Accenture, you will (for example):
Work in innovative transformation projects helping clients unlock value through their journey to S/4HANA digital platform
Utilize your functional and technical expertise by analyzing, designing and implementing business processes supported by SAP best practice solutions
Experience of the full life cycle including estimating, planning, and delivering a solution end-to-end
Gain new industry expertise through delivering S/4HANA solutions
Advising our clients on how to best utilize their S/4HANA platform in collaboration with our international network of SAP industry experts
Work with several of the biggest clients in the Nordics

By joining the Accenture SAP Practice, you are joining one of the largest SAP practices globally and in the Nordics. Based in Oslo, Stavanger, or Bergen, you will join a highly experienced local practice that work together with our talented international colleagues. We deliver projects for clients across Nordics and beyond, across all industries. We help our clients becoming a truly data-driven business through developing compelling roadmaps to their future Digital platform. Our consultants unlock the business value of the roadmap through delivering solutions using S/4HANA and other SAP technologies.

Qualifications
Who we are looking for:
To be successful as an SAP Young Professional, it is recommended that you have:
At least 1+ year of hands-on SAP experience in a functional or technical area
Experience in delivering or working with S/4HANA or SAP ECC projects/system
Eagerness to work in a team-oriented environment
Motivated, persistent, and eager to learn in challenging project environments
Passionate about innovation and delivering the latest SAP technologies to your clients
Problem-solver who can bridge the discussions between Business and Technology
Proficiency in a Scandinavian language
Hold a Bachelor or Master’s degree
Fantastic if you also have:
An SAP certification in your area
Industry experience such as: Retail, Energy, Manufacturing or Public sector
Experience in mentoring
