Marketing & Communications in the Nordic countries is organized as one team focused on creating impact for Accenture across our region and in each country. As a team we help drive business and talent growth and are responsible for all aspects of marketing and communications towards employees, clients, talent and influencers. The team manages the brand, client marketing programs, employer branding, recruitment marketing, media relations and internal communications as well as all aspects of digital marketing and social media programs.

Talent Brand & People Communications Lead – maternity leave cover

We are now looking for a Talent Brand Lead for our Marketing & Communications team in Norway, to cover for our dear colleague who soon will go on maternity leave. This is a 12-month assignment.

The position

As Talent Brand lead for Norway, you will be responsible for strengthening our employer brand to become an employer of choice for both talents as well as own people. You will work with internal stakeholders across the business in planning and executing campaigns and content for relevant target groups in the market as well as own people by creating an amazing employee experience – here you will lead our internal communications and drive moments that engages and inspire our own people.

Work you will do

  • To lead all projects within our Talent Brand, from conceptual planning to practical implementation across channels (SoMe, digital channels, external collaborations, cooperation with universities etc), working with both HR, Recruitment, school groups, stakeholders in our business as well as our Nordic team.

  • To lead our internal communications by planning and developing content for our own communication channels as well as moments and experiences with and for our own people, locally and cross-Nordic.

  • Relevant communication – or marketing background with a focus on employer branding and or internal communications.

  • Ideally 7+ years of relevant practical experience working with branding/marketing/communications.

  • A passion for planning and developing content, activities, programs, and projects using many different channels that are relevant for the audience and make an impact.
