Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to align with specific business processes and application needs. You will engage in understanding the requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the solutions fit the intended purpose, and continuously refining the applications to enhance their effectiveness. Your role is dynamic, requiring adaptability to evolving business demands and a focus on delivering functional and efficient software solutions that support organizational goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance.
- Document application configurations and customizations to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Experience in customizing Salesforce Sales Cloud to align with business workflows and processes.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and configuration techniques within Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations.
- Familiarity with integration concepts and data management within Salesforce environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
