Build smart workflows and help transform critical business processes.

As a Medior Pega Developer, you’ll work in an agile environment on an in-house Pega application that supports the client’s Digital Transformation Strategy. The solution streamlines onboarding and due diligence through automation, case management, and intelligent workflow design. You’ll turn requirements into maintainable Pega functionality, contribute to solution discussions, and work closely with developers, analysts, architects, testers, and client stakeholders.

  • Translate functional and system requirements into clear technical designs and reliable, scalable Pega solutions.

  • Review system designs and documentation, identify gaps, clarify technical logic, and propose practical improvements.

  • Build and support integrations with REST APIs, enterprise data sources, data models, and external systems.

  • Apply Pega guardrails, development standards, ruleset and versioning practices, and clean-code principles.

  • Create unit and scenario tests, support code reviews, troubleshoot defects, and contribute to deployment and post-release stabilization.

  • Participate actively in daily stand-ups, refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary and client teams, share knowledge, and support less-experienced colleagues where appropriate.
