What you’ll do
You will work closely with senior executives to tackle high-impact questions such as:
How can companies reinvent their operating models and core business processes to enable speed, resilience, and innovation?
How do you translate strategy into end-to-end transformation, powered by data, AI, and digital technologies?
How can organizations capture and track value at scale across complex transformation programs?
You will:
Structure and solve complex strategic problems using data, insights, and hypothesis-driven thinking
Work directly with client stakeholders to shape decisions and drive alignment
Translate strategy into practical transformation roadmaps and ensure execution delivers tangible results
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (strategy & consulting, technology, data & AI, operations) to bring the best of Accenture to clients
Build deep expertise in the semiconductor and high-tech ecosystem
Your role as a Strategy Consultant
Own problem-solving and analysis within a workstream
Develop insights and translate them into clear, compelling recommendations
Support client interactions and contribute to strategic discussions
Grow your expertise in both strategy and technology-enabled transformation

What you'll need
We’re looking for people who combine strategic thinking with a drive to create real impact.
Master’s degree (engineering, business, or a combination of both)
2+ years of experience in consulting within the semiconductor / high-tech industry
Proven experience in having ownership of partial scope within a consulting project
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to structure complex problems and communicate clearly
Affinity with technology, AI, and digital transformation
Interest in the semiconductor / high-tech industry
Willingness to work in the Eindhoven region and on client sites
