Are you a student eager to gain hands-on experience in Recruitment? At Accenture the Netherlands, we offer internship opportunities that allow you to work on meaningful projects, learn from experienced professionals, and develop your skills in a supportive environment.
Internship duration: 4–6 months
Hours per week: 32 or 40 hours
Location: Amsterdam (ITO Office)
Start date: Preferably 1 August or 1 September.

🛠️ What you'll do
Be directly involved in all recruitment activities within the team
Manage the internship desk and recruit future interns for Accenture Netherlands
Guide candidates through the entire recruitment process from start to finish
Ensure every team attracts top talent
Organize internal and external events, such as:
In-house days for student associations
Representing Accenture at various universitiesActively maintain the internship community within Accenture
Serve as the main point of contact for HR support for interns

🎓 Education: Bachelor or Master student enrolled at a Dutch university for the entire internship duration.
