Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications while serving as the main liaison for project-related communications. This role requires overseeing the progress of application development, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals, and managing the overall workflow to deliver high-quality solutions. The position demands proactive problem-solving and continuous engagement with team members to maintain smooth operations and timely delivery of software products.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project objectives.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams to enhance productivity.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Good To Have Skills: AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and best practices in application design.
- Experience with debugging, testing, and optimizing Python-based applications.
- Ability to integrate third-party services and APIs within software solutions.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
