Responsibilities: 

  • To bring digital capabilities, industry knowledge, analytics experience, innovation and cutting-edge technology to our clients in the Capital Projects industry to deliver business value 

  • To work with leading clients across Resources, H&PS, Hi Tech & Products industries, major customers and suppliers to develop and execute leading digital strategies 

  • To harness extensive knowledge combined with an integrated suite of methods, people and assets to deliver sustainable long-term solutions 

  • Design and implement client’s digital strategies including digital architecture within given timeframe and budget requirements 

  • Lead and train a team for solutioning, deployment and successful handover of digital solutions to the client 

Job Qualifications:  

  • 3+ year for Analysts, and 6+ years for Consultants with experience in developing and implementing digital data analytics, and AI-enabled strategies for large-scale capital projects 

  • Demonstrate expertise across one or more of following areas  (engineering, planning, project management, project controls, engineering management, procurement management, construction management, PMIS Implementation) 

  • Experience across one or more aspects of digital enablement technologies including PMIS Implementation, Digital Analytics, Digital Procurement, Track and Trace Solutions, Digital Twin, Connected Construction, Connected Manpower, Advanced Work Packages, BIM, Video Analytics, Gen AI uses cases and applied AI solutions etc. 

  • Experience in MS-Excel, MS- PowerPoint is mandatory. Additional experience in VB Scripts, Macros experience will be preferred 

  • Experience in visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, QlickView etc. is an added advantage 

  • Hands on experience on Project Management tools like Primavera Unifier, Microsoft Project, Ecosys, SAP, Autodesk etc. 

  • Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) desirable 

 

Key Competencies and Skills: 

  • Strong understanding of how capital projects are planned, delivered, and controlled, including schedule, cost, scope, risk, procurement, and documentation.  

  • Ability to apply digital tools and systems to improve project visibility, coordination, reporting, and decision‑making across the project lifecycle. 

  • Ability to analyze and identify key gaps in organization’s digital capabilities and provide solutions to overcome these gaps; Digital Maturity Assessments. 

  • Design & Implementation of digital strategies and digital tools customized for the client’s needs across Capital Projects Lifecycle (EPCO) 

  • Experience working with project data to track progress, identify risks or delays, and support performance reviews through reports and dashboards. 

  • Familiarity with IoT, BIG data, 5G, AI and related technologies to drive client discussions for digital enablement.  

  • Engineering System Integration with other plant operations system business process 

  • Functional expertise in Digitization of Engineering Documents and Document migration 

  • Exposure to smart devices/platforms and AI-related business processes to enhance workforce productivity, safety monitoring, and real‑time decision‑making. 

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to break down complex project issues and recommend practical solutions. 

  • Strong analytical, reporting & Dashboarding capabilities 

  • Robust communication and co-ordination skills 

  • Good decision making and negotiation skills
