Job Description

In search for motivated and proactive manager with exceptional skills in Product Compliance Transformations to produce quality deliverables for the client. As a Consultant in Engineering and R&D Digitization, you will work closely with the Manager/Sr. Manager to define and deliver in the areas of HSE & Product Compliance Diagnostics & Enablement.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver in Product Safety & Stewardship/ Compliance Transformation Programs to drive Innovation and Process Enablement for the Clients

  • Develop relevant assets, offerings in Product Compliance areas and liase with Managers/Senior Managers on these assets and offerings

  • In-depth working and understanding of Product Compliance areas- Substance Volume Tracking, Product Safety/ Safety Data Sheets, Dangerous Goods Management, Product Marketability, Regulatory Compliance, Chemical Compliance, Global Labeling Management, Product Registration Management

  • Experience in Master Data Management and Data Migration Tools and solutions that meet our clients’ needs in innovative ways. Co-develop use cases, assets & solutions with business teams

  • Enabling transformation utilizing the Product Compliance capabilities by creating business processes for managing compliance and integration.

Additional responsibilities (as needed):

  • Support proposals and build eminence in HSE/ Product Compliance Capabilities

  • Contribute to growth and development of Accenture’s Compliance offering and support recruitment, training, coaching

  • Support management in RFP, estimation and work breakdown"

Qualifications

  • Implementation experience on multiple mid to large-scale projects involving multiple systems in areas of HSE/ Product Compliance such as SVT, DG, SDS, GLM, Chemical Risk Assessment, CHemical Approval, etc.

  • Well-versed with SAP HSE/ Product Compliance Modules and Capabilities across multiple industries

  • Thorough understanding of HSE/ Product Compliance Processes

  • Aware of best practices in HSE/ Product Compliance Industry

  • Strong project management skills

  • Capable of working in rapidly changing environment where continuous innovation is desired

  • In touch with industry 4.0 trends, with emerging HSE/ Product Compliance Best Practices

  • Strong understanding of Master Data Management, Data Assessment, Governance and Migration Processes

  • Able to multi-task multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented and excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Team player with a ‘can-do’ positive attitude

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation and documentation skills (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.)

  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.

  • Good understanding of emerging technologies in HSE/ Product Compliance areas

  • Functional experience in an Engineering Division, Product Development, New Product Launch, R&D Prototyping or Innovation Management in Discrete/Process Industry

  • In Depth Experience in SAP HSE/ Product Compliance Modules such as SDS & Label Management, Dangerous Goods, Chemical Compliance (SVT, SVHC) & Marketability
