Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Business Workshops, translate business requirements, write user-stories and test scenarios, conduct trainings.

• Communicate complex requirements to and from Technical and Non-technical stakeholders.

• Troubleshoot and provide strategic recommendations.

Role Description:

• Experience in ERP consulting and implementation projects.

• Understanding of SAP FICO / FICA / ISU.

• Experience in business systems analysis, process engineering, SAP configuration, process / organizational transformation, and project management.

• Experience in requirement gathering, writing user stories, conducting user training sessions and user acceptance testing (UAT) and other Business Analysis (BA) documentation abilities.

• Ability to liaison between technology teams and client to ensure successful delivery.

• Candidate should have good communication skills (business communication skills).

• Strong communication skills, demonstrating skills in sharing and explaining complex concepts, creative and proactive thinking, and situational adaptation of these skills.
