  1. Build strong relationships, communicate with diverse stakeholders and use technical knowledge to facilitate solutions to complex business problems.
  2. Perform planning, design and implementation of ITIL/ITSM processes to meet evolving and changing needs of clients and provide assessment, design and redesign, and implementation solutions for clients.
  3. Analyze and identify recommendations for enhancements based on ITIL/ITSM best practices.
  4. Analyze and use strategies and reengineering approaches that ensure linkage among processes, departments, teams, and organizational structures to develop unified and consistent business approaches and performance improvement outcomes.
  5. To improve existing practices and identify key operational measurements to use for process improvements and assist with the preparation of presentations and proposals and work on policy analysis for definition.
  • Proven consulting experience in leading the deployment of 'to be' ITSM processes or solutions in client environments. For example, ITIL process assessment /evaluation / improvement programs across a broad range of ITSM processes such as incident management, problem management, knowledge management, change management & request management, and IT operations architecture / Service assurance tools architecture as a plus.
  • Proven project management experience and drive functional/technical design/implementation for ServiceNow/Remedy
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and consult while providing thought leadership to ITSM sponsors/stakeholders in solving business process and/or technical problems during project delivery
  • ITSM tools development or implementation.
  • Experience in analyzing and recommending ITSM strategies based on desired business outcomes and priorities
  • ITIL V2 or V3 Foundations, ITIL Practitioner or Service Manager Certification Preferred.
  • 7 to 8 years working in the ITSM or IT services/consulting industry. Has relevant years of experience in managing projects
  • A degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology
