Semiconductor Operations Analyst (Supply Chain/Logistics)
Roles & Responsibilities:
Analyze and optimize supply chain operations for semiconductor clients, including material flows and logistics processes.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the semiconductor industry.
Provide actionable insights by analyzing client business, market, and competitors.
Map and improve bonded warehouse flows, cross-border logistics, and trade compliance processes, with a focus on Southeast Asia.
Contribute to supply chain visibility initiatives and scenario modeling across planning and logistics functions.
Build client-ready deliverables and assist project leads in managing timelines and workstreams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, and IT stakeholders.
Develop thought leadership content, such as white papers and presentations, on semiconductor supply chain topics.
Conduct benchmarking, competitive analysis, and diagnostics to evaluate client maturity across operations.
Work in global, distributed teams in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with an aptitude for storytelling.
Solid understanding of semiconductor supply chain structure, including IDM and OSAT coordination.
Exposure to S&OP, material planning, inventory control, or logistics flows.
Interest or experience in trade compliance (bonded warehouses, customs, cross-border flows)
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or related discipline.
3–5 years of experience in semiconductor, EMS, or electronics supply chain roles.
Consulting experience or involvement in supply chain transformation/digitalization projects is preferred.
Ability to lead portions of client engagements and work independently with stakeholders.
