Student Receptionist
We are looking for a new student to join our team in Accenture.
Our Budapest office is located in the 9th district, and we are looking for someone who is able to work 20-30 hours/week.
During summer vacation period there will be higher availability required.
What will be your responsibility:
- You will be responsible for administrative functions of the reception desk
- Handle incoming/outgoing calls
- Handle incoming/outcoming mail
- Direct customers and visitors inquiries
Required skills and experience:
- Fluent English and Hungarian knowledge (both verbal and written)
- Ongoing university or college studies
- Ability to work 20-30 hours/week
- Good customer service skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic organizational skills with attention to detail
