Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the applications align with organizational goals is a key part of the daily routine, alongside continuous refinement and adjustment of the software to optimize performance and usability.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Maintain and enhance existing applications to improve functionality and user experience.
- Document technical specifications and application configurations to support ongoing maintenance and knowledge sharing.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Journey Optimizer.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Adobe Campaign Classic.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and software configuration techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with integration of applications within broader business ecosystems.
- Experience in optimizing application performance and ensuring scalability.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Adobe Journey Optimizer.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
