The position demands continuous collaboration with stakeholders to ensure that the applications developed align with organizational goals and enhance operational efficiency. Throughout the day, the engineer balances technical development tasks with problem-solving and iterative improvements to deliver robust and scalable software products.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP ABAP Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
- Ability to optimize and enhance existing codebases for performance and scalability.
- Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving complex technical issues.
- Familiarity with database concepts and integration techniques relevant to SAP environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
