Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to align with specific business processes and application needs. You will engage in understanding the requirements, translating them into functional software solutions, and ensuring that the applications effectively support organizational goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders to refine application features and continuous improvement of software components are integral parts of your daily activities, fostering an environment of innovation and efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software issues to maintain application performance.
- Document application designs and configurations to support knowledge sharing and maintenance.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ESRI ArcGIS.
- Experience in customizing and configuring geographic information system applications.
- Ability to integrate spatial data with business processes effectively.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and application deployment.
- Strong problem-solving skills related to application design and implementation.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in ESRI ArcGIS.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
