THE WORK:
Join our team as an intern supporting SAP Application Maintenance and SAP Transport Management processes.

Help maintain SAP environments and support transport management activities across development, test, and production systems.

Assist in monitoring SAP transport flows, supporting transport migrations, and resolving operational issues.

Support Application Maintenance processes, including system monitoring, incident handling, troubleshooting, and automation initiatives.

Work with SAP Solution Manager to support change and transport management processes.

Collaborate with experienced team members to learn SAP landscape administration, deployment, and release management processes.

Document projects, changes, and operational procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Engage in problem-solving and troubleshooting activities while developing technical and analytical skills.
Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
-
Strong interest in SAP systems, Change Management, and Transport Management processes.

Basic knowledge of SAP Solution Manager or willingness to quickly develop skills in this area.

Familiarity with SQL.
-
Understanding of data structures and algorithms.
-
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

Interest in SAP systems and transport management processes.

Basic knowledge of SAP Basis, SAP BW Modeling, or ABAP development concepts.

Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, and Problem Management)

Communicative German language skills.

Experience in any kind of employment.

Experience in direct contact with customers.

Active student status or a technical degree, with the ability to work 40 hours per week.
