One year ago, we launched People + Work Connect to help people get back to work faster as COVID-19 affected millions of jobs worldwide.

Since then, we’ve facilitated connections with 280+ companies from 94 countries, uploading over 390,000 roles—creating a community built on trust and knowledge-sharing. We are proud to celebrate this milestone and look forward to continuing to make an impact.

People + Work Connect is a free, online employer-to-employer platform that enables organizations to quickly identify and fill job vacancies. It eliminates multiple friction points that can extend the time it normally takes to fill these roles.

Created by chief human resources officers from Accenture, Lincoln Financial Group, Procore and Verizon, People + Work Connect moves people from one employer to another by giving organizations that have open positions a view into the workforces available while helping organizations with available employees to find new roles.

The platform is global and open to all industries but is not available to individuals or staffing agencies.
