ORACLE HCM CONSULTANT (Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital management)
We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud consultant to work on the global implementation of an Oracle Human Capital Management system. Key areas are HCM Core implementation, integration and support of Core HR, Talent Management and Compensations. You will have the chance to design and build processes and ensure the required functionality is implemented. Candidate to be located in EU countries.
This role is open to candidates based in Europe, and due to project timelines, we are ideally looking for someone who can start within the next 1–3 months.

Salary offer will be based on applicants’ qualifications and experience 3700-5580 EUR gross
Key responsibilities:
Work with client requirements and design the processes
Support users in respected areas
Implement new features according to business requirements
Take ownership of problem resolution or ensure a clear hand-off to the right owner
System functional testing
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent
Understanding of Core HR business process
Proven experience with implementation, upgrade and support of Oracle HCM Cloud
Strong business analyst and functional skills in respected areas above
Customization of fusion application pages
Desired Qualifications:
Knowledge in SQL, PL/SQL will be considered an advantage
