Pega Lead System Architect (LSA)

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for architecting and designing business applications using Pega PRPC and other Pega solution frameworks

• Provides architecture and design guidance to project teams 

• Provides thought-leadership to clients across business and technical project dimensions solving complex business requirements

• Develops and demonstrates an advanced knowledge of the PRPC Architecture and all PRPC design and implementation features

• Develops and demonstrates an advanced knowledge of the PRPC Architecture and all PRPC design and implementation features

• Works in conjunction with the project manager to size, manage scope and risk

• Accountable for ensuring the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution matches customer technical and functional requirements, and commits to Customer Success (realization of business benefit)

• Participates in the development of additional consulting opportunities within the customer base

• Responsible for overseeing work of a team and responsible for code quality and merges

• Working with onshore counterpart and BAs and drive the deliverables of the team consisting of 5 individuals

Required Qualifications:

• LSA Certified (at least level 1)

• Experience in architecting and designing Pega based BPM/CRM solutions for large programs

• Experience in designing enterprise class structure and foundational components

• Experience integrating enterprise applications with Pega solutions 

Desired Qualifications: 

• Software development (Java, SQL)

• Knowledge of Agile development and delivery models 

• Experience in working on various rules and features like Flows, Activities, User Interface, Flow Actions, Agents, SLA, Correspondence, Security, Reports, Listeners (File, MQ), Connectors etc

• Conversant in + other programming languages (e.g., Java, .net, React, Cloud concepts, MuleSoft, COSMOS DB) an advantage

• Designing class structures, application frameworks, and data models: Service Connector, integrating PRPC to third-party systems using RESTful Services (JSON, XML, HTTP), integrating Pega with other Technology Platforms, API, Data model, UI, security in PEGA 8
