Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components. The role requires working closely with teams to build scalable and efficient applications that meet unique business requirements. Daily activities include coding, testing, and refining software modules while collaborating in an agile environment to ensure timely delivery and continuous improvement of the solutions provided.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to maintain system performance and reliability.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to foster professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management processes and integration with enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in customizing and extending SAP EWM functionalities to meet business needs.
- Ability to work with modern development frameworks and tools to build scalable software components.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaborative software development practices.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail in software design and implementation.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SAP EWM.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
