Job Title - Digital Commerce Platforms + Level 9 (Consultant) + Entity (S&C GN)

Management Level: 9-Team Lead/Consultant

Location: Bengaluru, Mumbai, Gurgaon, Chennai, Pune

Must-have skills: SFCC / SFRA ecommerce platform

Good to have skills: Ability to leverage design thinking, business process optimization, and stakeholder management skills.

Job Summary:

This role involves driving strategic initiatives, managing business transformations, and leveraging industry expertise to create value-driven solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide strategic advisory services, conduct market research, and develop data-driven recommendations to enhance business performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Relevant experience in the required domain. 

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Bring your best skills forward to excel at the role:

  • Functional hands-on experience: Experience on performing business user configurations on SFCC / SFRA platform and ability to educate client on out of box capabilities vs customization.

  • Senior stakeholder management - Experience of working with senior stakeholders for alignment and buy-in of projects led by the candidate.

You will work closely with our clients as Consulting Professionals who design, build and implement strategies that can help enhance business performance. As part of these, you will drive, lead the workstream or the consulting team in the following:
 

  • Business processes and e-commerce platform knowledge: In-depth knowledge of e-commerce constraints. Strong experience in SFCC / SFRA ecommerce platform
  • Industry best practices: Expertise on how SFCC/ SFRA platform can transform commerce for our clients.
  • Bridge the gap between business problems and technical solutions: Ability to think through problems and make actionable recommendations through assessment and solutioning.
  • Understanding of business language: Ability to work with client, shape the end-to-end solution, help translate the requirements and feature list into user stories which can be understood by the delivery teams.
  • Assets, Solutions and POVs: Contribute towards building relevant assets and commerce solutions and industry POVs related to commerce trends.
