As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. Collaboration with different stakeholders to understand needs and iteratively enhance the software forms a key part of daily activities, fostering innovation and continuous improvement in the solutions provided.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and mitigate risks related to software development and deployment.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to promote skill development and best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Security Risk and Audit Operations.
- Strong knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and audit frameworks relevant to software security.
- Experience in implementing security controls and compliance measures within software development lifecycles.
- Ability to analyze and interpret security audit findings to recommend actionable improvements.
- Familiarity with tools and techniques for continuous monitoring and reporting of security risks.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Security Risk and Audit Operations.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
