Summary:
As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert, a typical day involves leading the integration of innovative practices within delivery projects, leveraging extensive expertise to influence both client and organizational strategies. This role requires engaging closely with clients to understand their needs, shaping solutions that align with best practices, and fostering trusted advisor relationships. The position also includes collaborating across teams to bring emerging ideas to fruition, thereby enhancing the reputation of the organization in the marketplace. The role demands a balance of technical insight, strategic thinking, and effective communication to drive impactful business transformations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance delivery quality and efficiency.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals and delivery outcomes.
- Drive continuous innovation by integrating emerging technologies and methodologies into project execution.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Experience in designing and implementing technology-driven business solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated capability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaborative problem-solving.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics.
- This position is based at our Nagpur office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
