Being part of our team, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00, in a hybrid way from Bucharest.

How you'll make an impact:

  • Managing and resolving employee queries through HR contact center channels, in line with HR policies and procedures;

  • Providing support on benefits, leave, learning programs, and other HR-related topics;

  • Processing HR transactions and maintaining accurate employee data across Benefits, Learning, and other HR processes;

  • Delivering HR back-office operational and administrative support while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance;

  • Prioritizing tasks and delivering high-quality service within agreed timelines and service level agreements (SLAs);

  • Building strong relationships with employees, managers, and clients, and escalating risks or complex cases when required.

Skills that make your work successful:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in French (B2) and medium English level (B1);

  • Strong customer orientation and client handling skills;

  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail;

  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion;

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

  • Experience with HR systems (SAP, Workday) and/or previous experience in a similar support role is a plus;

  • Well-organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities;

  • Bachelor’s degree may be needed.
