Motion Design Associate Manager
Motion Design Associate Manager (Accenture LLP; Brooklyn, NY): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Motion Design Associate Manager in Brooklyn, NY, and the job duties are as follows:
- Spearhead the creation of diverse content and interactive experiences in motion design.
- Responsible for proposing innovative creative concepts and ensuring their seamless execution throughout all stages of production.
- Develop initial visual and motion concepts and prototypes with interactive experiences and a keen focus on detail and design integrity from inception to delivery.
- Collaborate with developers to seamlessly integrate motion into product builds and scalable integrations.
- Define processes for our animation team and providing constructive feedback to nurture the growth and skill development of junior designers.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Product Design, Brand Design, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.
Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:
- Designing, prototyping, and developing content, including images, sounds, and other multimedia data, to create augmented reality experiences;
- Designing animations and videos using Sketch, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, and Audition;
- Creating a series of brand-consistent, animation-based campaigns suitable for display across the web, social media including Facebook and Instagram, ad campaigns, and YouTube;
- Managing quality assurance for motion implementations by developing comprehensive motion guidelines and collaborating closely with technology teams to ensure consistent, scalable integration into product builds; and
- Designing an interactive digital experience including dynamic personalized quizzes and scalable interactive component designs, for a global sales funnel.
Must have 3 years of experience in designing B2B brand ecosystems including logo, color palette, typography, animation style, and graphic elements, and websites, for the cybersecurity industry.
Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
