Job Description – Accenture Technology
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds and integrations.
- Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices.
- Develop high-quality code using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and JavaScript.
- Define and execute unit tests, analyze defects, and ensure high code quality and platform performance.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and stakeholders in international project teams.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to other Salesforce developers.
Detailed Responsibilities & Technical Scope
- Own technical design decisions for Salesforce implementations, including data models, integrations, security, and automation.
- Implement and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and external systems.
- Ensure proper use of CI/CD pipelines, Git version control, and Salesforce DX (SFDX).
- Customize UI components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimal user experience.
- Review technical documentation, functional specifications, and test cases.
- Support release management activities and post-deployment troubleshooting.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or similar.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Salesforce development.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce integrations.
- Hands-on experience with unit testing, defect analysis, and bug fixing.
- Solid knowledge of Git, SFDX, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Good level of English (B2 or higher), both written and spoken.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to guide and motivate development teams.

- Salesforce certifications such as:
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
