Join us and begin your career as a Junior Business Analyst, working on multinational, large-scale transformation projects for clients across industries such as Telecommunications, Financial Services, Utilities, and EU Institutions.
Working closely with experienced consultants, you will support our clients in tackling complex business challenges, identifying growth opportunities, and making better use of technology, including emerging AI solutions. Along the way, the position offers behind-the-scenes insight into internal processes, project frameworks, and the practical consulting know-how that underpins successful client delivery.
YOUR MISSION:
Collaborate with senior consultants in our multidisciplinary project teams ranging from business and strategy consultants to project managers and data analysts.
Gather and analyze data, conduct market research, and assess clients’ processes and ways of working.
Support the development and delivery of strategic recommendations, reports, and presentations.
Suggest more efficient solutions for key business tasks.
Engage directly with clients, from project teams to leaders like CFOs and CTOs, turning your insights into real strategic impact.
Contribute to initiatives embedding AI into business operations, such as Agentic or Generative AI solutions.
Collaborate with multinational project teams across different countries, supporting communication, coordination, and alignment of project activities.
WHO YOU ARE:

Active university student who starts their 4th or 5th year in September 2026.

Advanced in English (B2+) and fluent Slovak (C1+).

Ability to think out of the box and offer a unique perspective to the client.

Eagerness to contribute to a team-oriented environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated and proactive approach.

Ability to work creatively and analytically on projects focused on solving the business requirements of the client.
