Within our Infrastructure & Capital Projects domain, Asset Management Consultants and Managers design and implement value‑driven solutions that improve processes and outcomes for clients.
The Opportunity
Accenture is looking to recruit an Enterprise Asset Management Consultant or Manager within our Industry X consulting practice in Ireland with a focus on both Utilities and Health and Public Sector.
In this role you will:
Provide industry and asset management expertise across end-to-end asset life cycles, including strategy development, maturity assessments, process design, and capability uplift across sectors such as utilities, healthcare facilities, and public infrastructure.
Analyse client strategies, operating models, and capability gaps to define future-state requirements and shape practical, value-aligned transformation pathways.
Facilitate client workshops to gather requirements, align stakeholders, drive innovation, and support crossf-unctional change management using human-centred, collaborative approaches.
Shape and design technology-enabled future-state solutions, including fit-gap analysis, process redesign, business case development, and roadmap creation to guide clients toward measurable transformation outcomes.
Advise on enterprise technology selection and integration, ensuring applications, infrastructure components, and operating models are aligned within complex enterprise environments.
Apply AI and emerging digital technologies (ML, GenAI, Agentic AI, IoT, OT/IT integration, automation, sensors, SCADA/PLC/DCS) to modernise asset operations and accelerate value realisation.
Use digital transformation and industry insights to address key challenges, highlight trends, and provide points of view that drive strategic decision-making.
Build strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders at all levels while contributing to coaching, capability development, and collaboration within the IX practice.
Shape, deliver, and oversee transformation engagements, ensuring value-led outcomes through structured delivery of solutions, workshops, and technology-enabled change.
Support sales and origination efforts, including developing offerings, producing collateral, shaping proposals, and participating in client presentations to help move opportunities from identification to closing.
What we are looking for:

Significant experience in asset management consulting, including proven expertise in sector-specific environments such as utilities (transmission & distribution), health, or public sector infrastructure.

Demonstrated delivery across the full asset management lifecycle, including strategy, maturity assessments, process design, roadmaps, procurement, capital planning, and blueprinting.

Strong Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) technical experience: data & system integration, real-time telemetry, OT/SCADA connectivity, enterprise APIs, anomaly detection, and interoperability design.

Hands-on experience supporting digital transformations of EAM/ERP platforms (e.g., Maximo, IFS, SAP) and embedding standards (ISO 55000, BIM/ISO19650) into digital twins, IoT, and GIS-enabled architectures.

Proven ability to design and oversee asset data models, business processes, system configurations, and end-to-end solutions spanning edge, on-premise, and cloud architectures (including Azure).
Set yourself apart with:

Hands-on work with EAM/CMMS platforms, especially cloud-based EAM solutions (Azure preferred).

Experience in plant automation, control systems, OT environments, IIoT platforms, and sensor ecosystems.

Background in asset‑ or energy-intensive industries (Energy, Utilities, Oil & Gas) or infrastructure and networks (Transportation, Telecoms, Construction).

Familiarity with public procurement processes (e.g., OJEU).

Relevant certifications such as IAM Asset Management or equivalents.

Knowledge of industry frameworks and standards: ISO55000, ISO19650, BIM.
