.NET Developer
We’re looking for a .NET Developer to join our established application development teams and help deliver high‑quality web applications and APIs for key clients.
You’ll work across the Microsoft technology stack, collaborate with designers, leads, and architects, and contribute to the full development lifecycle in a fast‑paced enterprise environment.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and maintain .NET web applications and REST APIs using C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Entity Framework and related technologies.
Work closely with functional design teams, technical leads, and architects to translate requirements into robust solutions.
Apply strong engineering standards including clean code practices, SOLID principles, TDD and DDD.
Work with SQL Server on database design, scripting, and performance optimisation.
Integrate third‑party and open‑source components into .NET applications.
Use CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools such as GitHub and Azure DevOps.
Support Agile ceremonies, contribute to planning, estimating, and code reviews.
Produce clear documentation for system changes and provide support to junior developers where needed.
Deliver quality code within tight timelines.
What You’ll Bring:
Typically around 4+ years’ commercial .NET development experience.
Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Linq, Entity Framework (VB.NET a plus).
Experience building and configuring RESTful APIs.
Good knowledge of JavaScript frameworks and CSS.
Solid SQL Server experience (design, scripting, optimisation).
Familiarity with DevOps tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and package management.
Experience with automated testing frameworks (MSTest, NUnit, xUnit, Moq, etc.).
Strong understanding of OO design, async programming, and multi‑threading.
Excellent communication skills and comfort engaging with multiple stakeholders.
Experience in Agile delivery; consulting experience is an advantage.
Experience with GitHub Copilot or similar tools is a bonus.
