Behavioural Science Research Specialist
Join Accenture The Dock, our multidisciplinary research and incubation hub located in the heart of Dublin 2’s tech quarter. The Research Community of Practice (CoP) supports Accenture and its clients to deliver on the promise of technology and human ingenuity.
We take account of the human factors that our clients must address in order to realize their business ambitions. We do this through using evidence in thoughtful and pragmatic ways, and working alongside business strategists, technologists, and designers. We are an agile and people-centred team with a commitment to research excellence, critical thinking, and empowerment.
Role Outline
The successful candidate will contribute to our primary and secondary research efforts in behaviour change to help clients and colleagues in their daily work. Direct and guide less experienced colleagues in behaviour change tasks.
Understand and use logical return on investment thinking in behaviour change programmes.
Conduct a range of project management tasks to ensure that work is done in a timely and smooth manner.
Contribute to primary research efforts (including logistics, note-taking, and write-up).
Convert findings from secondary research efforts to usable inputs for presentations and documents.
Apply core business strategy knowledge to business research problems.
Synthesize primary research outputs into usable inputs for presentations and documents.
