お客様企業のデータ活用ビジネスを支え、将来的にも「使われ続ける」データ基盤の構築を実現するエンジニアスペシャリスト集団です。お客様企業のビジネス要件のシステム要件への落とし込み、ソリューション選定、アーキテクチャ設計、アプリケーションプログラム設計、それらの実装・テスト、システムリリースおよび、その後の運用まで総合的に支援します。

◆役割・期待

サイロ化システム/データの統廃合、基幹システム刷新に伴うデータ基盤のレガシーアーキテクチャからモダンアーキテクチャへのマイグレーション、グローバル展開を見据えたデータメッシュアーキテクチャの実現など、さまざまな課題・チャレンジ要素を持つデジタルトランスフォーメーション案件において、お客様企業のビジネスバリューを見据え、データ活用のためのあるべき姿、それらに最適なソリューション選定・アーキテクチャ設計、および我々が一番大切にしている"実装"を担当頂きます。

＜業務内容＞

・データ基盤(インテグレーション/データレイク/DWH/データマート/BI/ML/AI/MDM/データカタログなど)のソリューション選定およびアーキテクチャ設計

・データ基盤のシステム要件定義・設計・開発・テスト・移行

・プロジェクト作成物のアセット化および類似プロジェクトへの横展開適用

Qualification

◆応募要件

・システムの開発・運用経験（3年以上、サブリード以上でプロジェクトを推進した経験が望ましい）

・システム開発の推進に関わるお客様およびチームメンバーとのコミュニケーション能力

・インダストリアプリケーションにおけるデータモデルの設計、開発経験

・クラウドでの実装経験（AWS、Azure、Google）

・開発案件を通じた工程理解（Dep&Ops/SI）

・日本語の筆記・会話能力がビジネスレベル以上の方 ※選考は全て日本語で実施します。

◆望ましい経験・スキル

・SI工程での企画・開発経験

・データ基盤ソリューションの開発・運用保守業務活用経験（以下は例）

蓄積・加工（DWH/データレイク/DMP/CDP等）：Snowflake、Databricks、Bigquery、Redshift、Azure Synapse、Teradata、Treasure Data

インテグレーション：Informatica、talend、Qlik Replicate、DataSpider、FivetranBI：Tableau、Qlik、PowerBI、Looker、MicroStrategy

データ分析：Databricks、Dataiku

データマネージメント：Informatica、stibo、alation

・フロント(JavaScript)の経験、カスタム開発および分析画面のカスタム開発　

アジャイル開発、スクラム開発の経験

主な開発言語/スキル：Vue、Vue.js、React、React.js、Angular、Angular.js、chart.js、amCharts, D3.js、REST、RESTful、swagger、DDD等

・オフショア開発および開発管理に関する実務経験

・英語(ビジネスレベル)
