Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of development tasks to ensure timely delivery of software components.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software solutions with organizational goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Teams Development.
- Experience in building and integrating custom applications within Microsoft Teams environment.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable code using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Familiarity with debugging, testing, and performance optimization techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Teams Development.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
