Project Role Description : Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

Summary:
As a Technology Support Engineer, a typical day involves addressing and resolving incidents and problems that affect various business system components to maintain smooth and stable operations. The role includes creating and executing change requests to improve system functionality and reliability. The position requires close collaboration with external vendors and internal service management teams to analyze issues and implement effective solutions. Additionally, updating and maintaining comprehensive knowledge base articles is a key part of the daily activities to enhance troubleshooting efficiency and support continuous improvement across the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Lead efforts to document processes and best practices to support team knowledge sharing.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and facilitating their professional growth.
His responsibilities include:
- Consulting, planning, conception and implementation of public, private and hybrid cloud solutions as well as their implementation
- Optimization of existing cloud services
- Assumption of architecture and design tasks of cloud-based solutions
- Conducting cloud architecture reviews and identifying optimization potential in the application systems
- Analysis and resolution of incidents and problems for cloud
- Participation in meetings and voting
- Processes & procedures in the automotive industry
- about the products and technologies used by the Client
- Current WLAN technologies and radio network technologies
- Current industry standards and regulations in the field of fiber optic and twisted-pair Ethernet transmission and connection technologies
- Windows servers, databases, virtual server environments, monitoring systems and protocols
- Cloud Computing/Architectures
- Software development / programming and DevOps (Python, GitLab, Docker, CI/CD Pipelines, Ansible, Terraform and possibly Others)
- Artificial intelligence, algorithms
- Routing, switching and network security
- DNS, DHCP, IP Address Management (DDI)
- Active and passive infrastructure
- Telephony/ VoIP
- Troubleshooting and repair of network components of the IT network infrastructure (LAN, WLAN, network security, etc.)
- Implementation of extensive and complex projects in the field of IT network infrastructure (LAN, WLAN, network security, etc.)
- Creation of IT infrastructure architectures, designs and concepts
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps.
- Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Experience with infrastructure automation and configuration management tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues across multiple platforms.
- Familiarity with cloud service providers and container orchestration technologies.
- Knowledge of monitoring and alerting tools to maintain system health.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
