Summary:
As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. This role focuses on enhancing the accuracy and integrity of testing through the implementation of advanced tools and methodologies. The position requires driving innovation in testing strategies by integrating automation and intelligent solutions, ensuring continuous improvement and predictive capabilities within the testing lifecycle. Collaboration with various stakeholders to maintain high standards of quality and control is a key aspect of daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to improve testing processes and implement best practices across projects.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align testing objectives with overall project goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Testing.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools.
- Ability to design and implement scalable automated test scripts.
- Experience in integrating automated tests within continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
- Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools.
- Capability to analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Automated Testing.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
